Wheel attachment mechanism
Turn the product when it passing, so that the label is attached to the bottle
1)Adjust the handwheel: Adjust the tightness between the belt and the product.
2)Wheel attachment belt: rive the product to rotate, and make the label roll and stick to the bottle.
3)Wheel attachment motor: Offer power to wheel attachment belt.
Flip standing unit
The product is conveyed from horizontal to standing by this mechanism.
1)Screw coupling: Connect the drive shaft to the bottle inlet screw
2)Bottle inlet screw: After the product is separated by a certain gap, it is transported to the conveying line, and different specifications need to be replaced.
3)Flip block: Function together with the bottle feeding screw, the product will be turned 75° Angle。
4)Cross steering gear: Change the transmission direction and transfer the power of the conveying motor to the bottle inlet screw after changing the direction.
5)Feeding guide rail: Escort bottles to delivery lines where different sizes need to be replaced.
